1. LionDesk Is Best Real Estate CRM Software

Best Real Estate CRM Software

We took advantage of the LionDesk free trial and found adding contacts to be just as easy! You can import contacts in bulk via a file, or you can add them manually one by one. You can also specify which custom fields you want to include for each contact. After you’ve entered your contacts, LionDesk’s marketing options come into play. You can send an E-mail through the platform for example. There’s also room to upload, organize and send videos — something that can be useful for sharing property walk-throughs or tours.

If we have one major complaint about testing LionDesk, it’s that there weren’t many options for visualizing the sales pipeline. On top of creating a task list, you can record sales and invoices in a Kanban view on the Transactions tab. On the other hand, that view is quite limited. For example, you are able to “Add Stages” and “Delete Stages”, but you cannot rearrange existing stages or drag transaction cards from stage to stage.

  • Easy to use, bulk texting
  • Video recording
  • Designed for real estate
  • Custom landing pages
  • organize and send videos
  • It no longer offers the artificial
  • Limited customization
  • Free Trail: 14 days
  • CRM: $39 per month
  • CRM Premier: $139 per month

2. Market Leader

Best Real Estate CRM Software for Client Communication

Market Leader is a CRM platform designed for real estate agents with an emphasis on marketing. One of the most interesting characteristics of this platform is the integration to your website in order to monitor and answer clients’ behavior.
For example: You can navigate to a client’s profile, and you can see which features of your site they have recently viewed or liked. You can then leverage this information in order to customize the email listing alerts that you send them.
When we contacted the market leader for a demonstration, the team sent a video overview of key features within the platform. The video indicated new leads that come in from an agent’s website are automatically added to the contact list and tagged as “new.” You can then change the tag manually in order to sort out which contact is in what part of your sales process from there. Apart from that though, customization of your contact list ends there. As already mentioned before, there are only a few custom fields and tags as well as other ways how you can manage the appearance of your contact list.

  • client activity information
  • No free trial period
  • Limited customization
  • It no longer offers the artificial
  • Limited customization
  • CRM: $189 per month

3. Wise Agent

Best Real Estate CRM Software for Organizing Leads

Another real estate CRM that comes in our list is Wise Agent which offers some really good, user-friendly tools to organize properties. During the free trial of Wise Agent, we were also able to see just how detailed these property information cards are. There are places to add descriptions about each room in the property. and you can store the webside lockbox codes here:

Also, the leads section can be done in a lot of ways by capturing and storing so it is worth mentioning it. For example, through the platform you can generate sign-up forms and landing pages to create on your website, emails, or other promotional materials.

You can connect these lead sources, but there are very few integrations beyond that. Specifically, the major ones we observed are Mailchimp, Constant Contact and Facebook. Moreover, Wise Agent has limitations when it comes to customizing and visualization of the sales pipeline.

  • Detailed property listings
  • A/B testing
  • automatic email responders
  • Detailed property information
  • Management of incoming leads
  • SMS texting
  • Designed specifically for real estate
  • Limited customization
  • Limited integrations
  • Free Trail: 14 days
  • CRM: $49 per month

4. Top Producer

Best Real Estate CRM Software for Managing Listings

The massive real estate CRM Top Producer. We really appreciated the completeness and user-friendly design of its listing management during our testing. We discovered that properties reside in the transaction tab. The transactions listed are divided between listings and closings, with both being credited to a contact in the system.

We identified a few interesting marketing tactics as well. Firstly it allows you to send listing alerts from the platform itself. It also has an AI-powered Smart Targeting tool, which identifies the top 25% of homeowners within a given area who are most likely to sell and automatically contacts them — driving new leads.

Some of these include limited reporting and emailing features on Top Producer. Some basic sales pipeline stats can be visualized, such as how many contacts you have in each stage of your funnel, but unfortunately, you cannot run any detailed reports. It is the same with emailing. So, while the platform can send simple emails it won’t allow to chart a course for automated email campaigns.

  • transaction management tools
  • email automation options
  • It’s easy to use
  • AI Smart Targeting tool
  • Designed specifically for real estate
  • No free trial readily available
  • Limited reporting

Most of Pipedrive’s functionality ends there. You can see your sales pipeline, visualize where you are in each client life cycle, and track all correspondence with specific clients. Salesforce A household name in the CRM realm. In fact, it was the number one most popular CRM among survey respondents. Salesforce is made for teams looking to house a massive amount of customer data. This means creating detailed customer profiles that also include integrating lead scoring, tracking activities taken by the customer and adding notes etc.
Our central observation when trying out the Salesforce Free Trial was that it simply did not have a very friendly user face. In addition, support is available through phone and chat as well.

Even if you’re no stranger to using CRM software of any kind, Salesforce will likely take some getting used to.

10. Monday.com

Best Real Estate CRM Software for Sales Project Management

While monday.com does not provide a real estate-specific CRM, the customizable nature of their sales CRM platform allows many real estate professionals to adapt it for use as well. We were intrigued by the “start from scratch” option when we first opened it. Use it if you have a structure in mind regarding how you need to organize your tasks, leads and deals. Additionally, you can select the views through which to visualize your workflow.
Contact management might be a bit more challenging for you with monday. com if your list of customers is long. You can do it in bulk by importing your existing contacts, but drill into the individual contact entries and you’ll only see activity that you’ve added yourself.

Another limitation is that it gets tricky when you try messaging for these contacts. Mass messaging is available on only Pro and Enterprise plans. Then again, not that you should send messages unlimitted or configure them in varying ways, but many of those customizations and limits still exist. Hence, you will need other tools — for example, email or SMS software in order to implement your marketing campaigns.

  • Free plan available
  • Tracking sales and managing
  • Marketing activities
  • Not specific to real estate
  • Upgrade required for mass emailing
  • Basic CRM : $15 per month

Top Real Estate CRM Features

For our research, we also contacted real estate professionals to ask what kind of CRM functionality was most useful for them in their day-to-day workflows. That includes intuitive contact management or integration, but it also encompasses end-to-end customer interaction tracking.

We asked 250 general CRM platform users to choose what features they felt were most important. However, being followed closely on its heels is task management, sales pipeline visualization and mass emailing as can be seen from the above graph

Elsewhere, we dissect some of the more notable characteristics that were widely demanded by respondents to give you an idea of what to spot. Most CRM providers will offer free trials, plans and/or demos which should give you the opportunity to test these features out for yourself.

Contact Management

Customer data management: Above all, CRM software is used for managing customer data. The tool should offer all information about clients in one place. Choose this one. Store basic contact details (like address and number), and track different calls, emails or any other interaction you had with the persons in your organization. There was probably also a place where you could leave notes or comments for reference

Moreover, ability to have custom fields created in order to store extra pieces of information that are unique per ticket is critical. According to a survey of ours: 95%* (somewhat or very important) must be custom_fields in the CRM.

Integrations

If you’re already using any other software, ensure that your CRM is able to integrate with those softwares.

All the providers we listed have some sort of email integration. You can connect to your Gmail and/or Outlook accounts on these lists or import contacts directly from those emails Another common CRM integration is marketing software for social media, email and SMS; syncing this data lets you monitor details of each campaign alongside customer conversation information.

Pipeline Visualization

Your sales pipeline is a workflow that outlines the various stages your contacts move through while they engage with and purchase from you. Most CRM platforms also allow you to customize your pipeline in terms of the stages that go into it. This will allow you to then segment your contacts and leads based on their stage.

AI Features

AI is on the mind of every professional in almost all industries possible. In a recent survey, more than 90% of respondents stated that AI tools are “somewhat” or “very” important to comprise CRM functionality today.

Just think of the AI-powered tools that can help you cut down some daily chores now.

Customer Support

In our survey, the third most important CRM factor was customer support . Given that Salesforce and similar complicated CRM systems have quite a learning curve, it’s important for customer support to always be available if you need assistance during onboarding.

Think about what types of contact you should have—including phone, e-mail, and possibly chat capabilities etc. Also, consider the hours of those channels….and for example if people support us are they available 24/7, or is it just during business hours? Remember, the exact availability typically varies depending on which plan you choose.

Reporting and Analytics

Most real estate CRMs don’t come with the advance reporting features available in regular sales CRMs. But they even carry tracking for some property-specific metrics such as commission reporting and forecasting. When you are setting up the reporting dashboard, You should find the customization You should be able to add the graphs, metrics that you would like to keep an eye on.
